We have started our journey in Advance Engineering Works, Dharwad in the year 2014 with my background experience at Alstom Projects – Shahabad, a heavy Engineering company dealing with Project Engineering, Heavy structures and Equipment. Our commitment to deliver the best of our services and to clients has established mutual faith within our clientele. I would like to mention with pride that we are associated with legendary expertise and experienced people from heavy engineering, Cement, Steel and Power plants. This has been our greatest asset to establish and grow in this field. We are having comprehensive infrastructure, latest machineries, talented and dedicated team with us to stand high and meet the requirements of our esteemed clientele.

As the Technical advisor of the company, he plays a pivotal role in driving technology strategy, aligning innovation with business objective and ensuring robust technical execution across all departments. With a deep background in Design and Engineering field, having worked in ACC Heavy engineering, AVB, ABL, ABB and Alstom, he brings a strong blend of hands-on expertise and strategic vision.

With a proven track record of complex challenges and translating business requirements into technical solutions, Mr. Padshetty is integral to the company’s innovation and long-term technology road map
